Applications

Product Application of Soybean Tempeh

Tempeh are usually made into large square pieces, and then can be sliced thinly and fried for consumption. If Tempeh are not sliced or cut into small pieces, they will not be easy to be cooked through and will have a more pronounced fermented flavor. Tempeh can be pan-fried, deep-fried, grilled, stir-fried, or made into curry or added to soya bean dishes. Basically, if you can add soya beans or tofu to your dishes, you can try using Tempeh instead, but you just need to pay attention to cutting Tempeh into smaller slices and increasing the cooking time when you cook them, which is becoming more and more accepted in Taiwan, and you can even buy them at some food shops.
